Lindsay captures a moment in the eyes of our little four year old Emma at the Atlanta Children’s Christmas Parade. Emma was bored most of the time, not really caring much for the loud music or crowds that had gathered along Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta.
We waited over two hours as the parade passed with all of it’s Christmas color and glory. Most of the time Emma, and her little sister Ava, were restless and bored. They got an occasional lifting of spirits when a familiar cartoon character would make an appearance.
It wasn’t until Santa and Mrs Claus arrived at the end of the parade that Lindsay was able to get that one photograph that froze in time, the innocence of a little girl seeing the real Santa Claus pass before her very eyes. See more of Lindsay’s work at Roycroft Photography
